The Westfarms mall is a 1,310,000 square foot regional shopping center located seven miles southwest of Hartford, Connecticut. The shopping center straddles the towns of Farmington and West Hartford, and is conveniently located at the intersection of I-84 and Route 9. First opened in 1974, the Westfarms mall expanded in 1997 and now includes New England's first Nordstrom department store.

Westfarms mall is known throughout the region as the premiere shopping center of central Connecticut and features more than 150 shops and services along with Nordstrom, Macy*s, Lord & Taylor, and Apple.

Most merchants are open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but you are encouraged to call (860) 561-3024 for information regarding the mall or an individual retailer if you have more specific questions about their hours of operation. There are also special holiday hours! The main entrance between Macy*s and Lord & Taylor opens at 7:00 a.m. every morning for mall walkers.

 • Follow to Westfarms Mall

Coming from New Haven, Cromwell, and points South

 • From CT Shoreline:
 • I-91 North to Exit 22, (Route 9 North)
 • Exit 30 off of Rt.9, turn right on New Britain Avenue (Route 71)
 • Follow to Westfarms Mall

 • Route 71 to Westfarms or follow directions from Route 9 above.

Coming from Waterbury, Danbury, and points West
